Chief Creative Officer DT (DTDigital)

“I've been in the communications game for the past 20 years and still get a real kick out of solving problems for my clients.

I'm currently the Chief Creative Office at DT. We're on a mission to redefine the notion of 'brand experience'. It's a brand new opportunity for me that combines the magic of Tongue and the power of DT together. I work across 4 offices, with over 200 staff that deliver creative and technology solutions across businesses both big and small.

During 2014, I started to direct my own content under the banner of The Juicy Club. I'm focused on documentaries and feature films but along the way I've also directed lots of ads and brand funded short films.

I'm passionate about big ideas and I love side projects as they help me keep my creative 'powder' dry. Over the years I've launched my own fashion brand into 13 countries, written and sold TV show formats and featured on several TV shows including Australia’s Next Top Model.

I have a Master of Business from Sydney University and enjoy the odd keynote speech. I recently spoke at Vivid, The Festival of Commercial Creativity, Mumbrella SAGE, REMIX, and my own wedding”.

Craig Woolford

Managing Director Head of Research & Lead Consumer Analyst Citi Australia & New Zealand

Craig Woolford was appointed Director of Research for Citi Australia/NZ in February 2016. Craig joined the firm in 2005 and has been an investment analyst for fifteen years specialising in supermarket and discretionary retailing.

Crag’s role involves leadership of a team of more than fifty analysts and associates providing insights about companies listed on the ASX. Citi’s Research team has been consistently ranked top three by fund managers for the past three years.

Craig has been an analyst for fifteen years with a lengthy specialization in the retail, food and beverages sectors. His analyst work focuses on unique industry insights about supermarkets, department stores, specialty retailers and food & beverages producers. He has been consistently ranked the top of his sector from 2009 through to 2015 in the Peter Lee survey of Fund Managers.

Craig’s previous experience includes equity product development, funds management and debt origination. Craig has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance and Accounting from the University of New South Wales and is a CFA Charterholder.

Raju Vuppalapati

Global Chief Executive Officer R.M. Williams

An accomplished fashion executive, Raju Vuppalapati brings to R.M.Williams a wealth of experience in strategic development for global brands. Initially working within the world of fast moving consumer goods, Raju honed his career with iconic international brand Levi Strauss Co. 

Known for an innate ability to build high performing teams, Raju held several management positions in the Asia Pacific region, culminating in his role as Vice President and Managing Director for Australia, New Zealand, Africa and the Middle East.

Since his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of R.M.Williams in December 2014, Raju has sought to grow the brand’s potential, remaining focused on the core values that define R.M.Williams and driving its emergence within the global market.

Allison Bard

General Manager - Global Brand Director Helen Kaminski

Allison joined Helen Kaminski in 2001 after relocating to Australia, leaving behind a successful fashion career in New York. Allison is an executive member of the Helen Kaminski board and, as General Manager, oversees the Design and Marketing divisions as well as Global Sales and Business Development.

Allison has over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry. She began her career as a designer, after which she pursued retail buying and merchandising.

As a key global leader in the company, Alison regularly visits markets to spearhead business initiatives and seasonal collection launches.

In her role as Executive Board member for Helen Kaminski Pty Ltd Allison is responsible for driving business strategies that have contributed to the brand’s international success.

Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (Hons) from UCLA and has completed studies at the ESMOD fashion design school in Paris, France. She earned an MBA in Marketing and International Business from New York University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In 2014 Allison was appointed to the board of Helen Kaminski Japan.
